I attend Beasts Class, where I learn how to feed and brush magical (and adorable) critters.

Who’s a good girl?
I meet another student, Poppy, who seems to be a beast whisperer. After class she wants to introduce me to a special friend, Highwing.

Since Fig and I are trying to learn more about Ranrok, I ask Sirona at The Three Broomsticks about her goblin friend, Lodgok. I meet him over at the Hog’s Head.
Before he’ll give me information about Ranrok’s plans, Lodgok asks me to retrieve a relic from a tomb. Only a “wand-carrier” can overcome the puzzles.
(He’s right. Butterflies are drawn to the lumos spell, let’s just say.)
The helmet has already been retrieved by Victor Rookwood’s minions, which means I need to enter a bandit camp to get it back. When I give the helmet to Lodgok, I earn his trust. He’ll see what he can discover.
Meanwhile, someone has placed little statues around Hogwarts. The caretaker finds them frightening and wants them removed, something that can only be done at night when they glow.

He teaches me alohomora (the unlocking charm) so that I can break into the Faculty Wing, sneak around, and find two of the monkeys.
(Pro-tip: get this done as fast as possible. After this mission is complete, the Faculty Wing is no longer a restricted zone. You can wander about later in peace.)
Let us end with a snapshot in the prefect’s bathroom, a place we’ve all wanted to visit . . .
